Pretreatment
The quality of a coating is only as good as the prep work. Different abrasive medias are matched to the part and coating to give the best adhesion possible. This step cleans the metal of scale, rust, and previous coatings while creating a surface profile perfect for powder coating.
 

NEC's 2 coat option
When extended protection is needed, we recommend NEC's 2 coat option. This includes a zinc rich powder layer under the top color coat to extend the corrosion protection by 5 times that of a single coat system.
