New Era Coatings LLC is poised to handle your large powder coating needs! We have one of the biggest curing ovens in the area. Inside dimension are 8 Ft wide X 9 Ft tall X 20 Ft long. Features include powered exhaust fan to evacuate the oven interior of waste products from the curing process. This yields superior quality colors and clears by reducing yellowing from contamination. Direct Fired heat injection provides quick oven response to bring the best out of your powder coat! When possible abrasive blasting is the preferred metal cleaning conditioning method we use, but if this is not feasible due to the part/coating specification or volume we provide iron phosphate treatment before powder coating. Iron Phosphate increases the surface area of the part to promote adhesion of the powder coat.
